Security Guard

Security Guard provides safety and security services to protect residents, visitors, and staff on property. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

Location: Woodcrest Villa PAY RANGE: $19.00 to $21.00/per hour

Current Opening:

• Part-time (12:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
• Includes rotating weekends and holidays
• Casual (as needed) to support three of Tandem Living campuses

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid PA Driver's License & a minimum of 2 years driving experience required.
• Previous experience in security preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Is the first contact for visitors, vendors, volunteers, and contractors etc. when they enter campus. Remains at post throughout scheduled shift.
• Professionally and accurately ensures completion of the sign-in process for those entering the building. Follows Tandem Living's written policies and procedures.
• Provides visitors with directions to the proper location within the community.
• Identifies, reports, and responds to concerns or issues with breaches in security, fire safety, resident wellbeing, etc.
• Completes motorized and/or walking patrols regularly throughout the assigned shift. Monitors and ensures the safety and security of residents, staff, and property.
