- JOB SUMMARY
- Functions as a team member and performs clerical and telemetry related duties for the unit. Acts as a receptionist /monitor tech adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of information regarding patients, personnel, and hospital business.
- Must cross-train to Patient Care Tech (PCT) role.

- High School graduate or equivalent
- License(s) or Certification(s)
- N/A
- Other Skills or Requirements
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills required. Must poses customer service/hospitality skills. Computer skills preferred.
- Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
