Salary

$50,000–$55,000 annually Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering great guest experiences
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to lead from the floor

A Day in the Life

As a Via 313 Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside your restaurant leadership team to support daily operations, develop team members, and make sure we're delivering on our promise of Every Guest. Every Pizza. Every Experience.

You'll be present on the floor, leading by example and helping your team succeed during every shift.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll:

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members
• Provide real-time feedback and reinforce performance expectations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns
• Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and administrative responsibilities
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed consistently
• Partner with restaurant leadership to identify opportunities and improve results
• Serve as a culture leader who demonstrates Via 313's values every day
• Jump in wherever the team needs you—great leaders aren't afraid to get their hands dirty!
