Hospice Sales Executive

Hospice Sales Executive - Hackensack, NJTerritory: Bergen CountyHospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.Local market knowledge, job stability, established referral relationships and proven performance are must-haves.Target Candidate· Experienced hospice and/or home health sales professional with established referral-source relationships in Bergen County and surrounding Northern New Jersey markets.· Must be comfortable developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities and other healthcare referral sources.· Looking for a field-based sales producer who understands healthcare service sales, referral development, census growth and consistent account management.Responsibilities· Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.· Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.· Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.· Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.Qualifications· Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.· Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.· Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.· Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.· Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.· Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.· Must live in or close to Bergen County; no more than approximately 30 minutes outside the territory is preferred.· Pharma and DME sales alone will not fit this search.Experience· Minimum 2 or more years of sales experience as outlined above required.
