Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Parlier, CA. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, including warehouse, logistics, production, and sales.
• Process customer orders, credit memos, and related transactions within the ERP system.
• Allocate product lot codes to sales orders and pick tickets.
• Generate and distribute pick tickets to warehouse personnel.
• Send order acknowledgments and communicate any discrepancies, delays, shortages, or order changes.
• Coordinate order pickup and delivery schedules with customers, carriers, and logistics teams.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate minimum order quantity requirements and resolve customer account or credit hold issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute month-end reports, including Mississippi Bailment and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) invoicing reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide professional written, verbal, and in-person communication at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience within the wine, beverage, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
