With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Create and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam to support machining operations.Collaborate with machinists, production teams, and quality personnel to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.Analyze production data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements.Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Support new product introductions, including process development, tooling design, and validation.Provide technical support on CNC machining, tooling selection, and fixture design.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Assist in equipment selection, installation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Train and support operators on new processes and programs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field preferred).3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a machining environment.Required experience with Mastercam programming for CNC machining.Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and fixturing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
