Key Responsibilities Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients as written in Individual Program Plan. Assist clients with bathroom needs and with undergarment and clothing changes. Prepare daily meals and assist with clean‑up. Pick‑up/drop‑off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility if necessary. Education & Experience 1 year of experience working closely with individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Experience with high behaviors is a plus. First Aid/CPR and CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention (preferred or willing to obtain). Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a California Driver’s License. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
