Primary Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping Manager Demonstrates ability to maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with all subordinates.

• Assumes responsibility for the cleanliness of the hotel guest rooms, public spaces, lobby areas, public restrooms, corridors and the restaurants and retails shops inside the Equestrian

• Orders supplies.

• Makes schedule.

• Maintains budget requirements for productivity and supplies.

• Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed according to our handbook and regulations.

• Conducts employee evaluations.

• Administers disciplinary action when necessary.

• Helps anywhere in Hotel when needed

• Interviews for new hires

• Assumes responsibility for payroll (time and attendance)

• Helps to ensure a safe, clean, work environment where employees are treated fairly.

• Customer satisfaction is #1 priority.
