Core Faculty Hospitalist Physician

WVU Medicine, West Virginia University Health System Medical Group (WVUHS Medical Group) is actively seeking a full-time Core Faculty Hospitalist Physician at Thomas Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV and South Charleston, WV.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Internal Medicine / Hospital Medicine. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications: Candidate must have a MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. The successful candidate must have completed an Internal Medicine residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Internal Medicine. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Location: West Virginia's capital city is perfectly positioned at the confluence of the Kanawha and Elk rivers. It's also where three major interstates converge, making it a highly accessible destination for visitors looking for an affordable getaway.
