Production Support Summary: Production support position – primary duties include running errands and transporting people on behalf of the event. This is a seasonal, as‑needed position perfect for a person who has a flexible schedule and is well acquainted with Bay Area highways, streets, airports, restaurants and stores. Duties & Responsibilities: Run errands & purchase supplies for tour and event. Provide transportation for tour personnel. Order production meals and set up/strike hospitality items. Provide any additional support to the tour and/or in‑house production team (administrative task, laundry, research, etc). Qualifications: Must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Capable and comfortable driving a 15 passenger van. Own or have access to a personal vehicle with insurance. Great communication skills and the ability to closely follow directions. Must be able to think and react quickly and creatively in unique situations requiring professionalism and composure. Capacity to work long hours on your feet with early start & late end times. Punctual & able to work with various personality types. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidential information. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Previous music industry experience a plus. Pay: $21 (Hourly – NON EXEMPT) Status: Full Time – exempt Box Office Coordinator Position Overview: The Box Office Coordinator builds and supervises ticketing across multiple venues via Ticketweb and Ticketmaster (typically 1,000 capacity and under), oversees box office operations on show nights, and provides administrative support to the Box Office department. Duties & Responsibilities: Build and supervise events for assigned venues. Submit events to ticketing platforms and update events as needed throughout the on‑sale period. Manage inventory which includes ensuring timely payment collection for ticket purchases. Build events into an internal guest ticketing system and process internal orders promptly. Complete box office settlements for all events in a timely manner. Process and submit payroll accurately and on time for all assigned events. Coordinate with Ticketmaster and Ticketweb to ensure proper equipment coverage for all auxiliary events on event nights. Oversee and distribute daily ticket counts internally in partnership with other Box Office managers and externally via inbox management, responding to agency ticket count requests and setting up auto‑counts. Supervise and maintain all equipment for auxiliary events in the office. Assist in processing internal orders for all Another Planet concerts. Coordinate Outside Lands festival prep. Continue to train and learn to supervise more complex events & venues. Show Duties: Work and supervise various Another Planet events & festivals. Remain available on event nights to address any questions or issues that arise. Responsible for advancing box office needs thoroughly with part time staff working events under your purview. Assist with additional box office department events as needed, with the potential to work up to 8–10 events across venues per month during peak season. Qualifications: 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a box office setting, preferably in the music industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Adobe Cloud platforms preferred. Work regular hours in an office environment. Skills / Experience: Knowledge of the music industry and passion for live music. Must have the ability to work in very busy and high‑stress situations while maintaining grace and composure. Excellent organizational, research, and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills and a professional, fun, friendly attitude. Must be extremely flexible to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Benefits Package: Salary: $71,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience) 401K (after first 6 months) Paid time off (PTO) sick and vacation days Life Insurance FSA (flexible spending account) Short‑term disability Long‑term disability Pet Insurance Work from home options after 1 year of employment Paid holidays provided by our policy Audio Systems Engineer Responsibilities & Qualifications: Setup and breakdown audio equipment including stands, microphones, cables, monitors, risers, etc. Ensure all audio equipment is functioning properly before and after each event, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues. Program and operate the FOH mixing console and/or monitor console for soundcheck and shows. Create a cordial, cooperative, and welcoming environment for artists and tours. Ensure audio needs for special and private events are met. Communicate with touring audio techs to answer their technical questions and facilitate their needs. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on audio equipment, including cabling and control systems. Keep track of audio inventory. Attend production meetings, tech notes, and other meetings as needed by Production and requested by Management. When requested, participate in advance walk‑throughs and surveys. Skills / Experience: 5–7 years experience as an audio engineer either with a touring entity or audio vendor. Must be versed in system tuning using SMAART alignment software. Must have knowledge of Meyer Compass software and familiarity of Lake control software. Meyer System Design & Optimization Certificate or equivalent acoustic certification preferred. Familiarity with Avid Venue, Yamaha DM/Rivage series mixing consoles is a plus. Experience with networking infrastructure over ethernet and fiber. Experience with complex analog and digital patching infrastructure. Must have knowledge of Dante, AVB, and Milan networking. Experience with wireless audio, and microphone systems. Must be proficient in Shure Wireless Workbench. Must have extensive knowledge of troubleshooting audio concerns. Must have basic knowledge of Ohm’s law and familiarity with various wiring pins and pin‑out standards. Experience with Clear‑Com Freespeak II wireless com system. Ability to read and interpret input lists, stage plots, production designs, and technical drawings. Professional & Interpersonal Skills: Must have the ability to work in fast‑paced and high‑stress situations while maintaining grace and composure. Including being self‑motivated. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity. Ensure all lighting equipment is functioning properly before and after each event, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues. Program and operate the lighting console for lighting check and shows. Setup, operate, and call cues for spot lights as needed. Assist with venue stage power and help troubleshoot any electrical issues. Create a cordial, cooperative, and welcoming environment for artists and tours. Ensure lighting needs for special and private events are met. Communicate with touring lighting designers to answer their technical questions and facilitate their needs. Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on lighting equipment, including fixtures, cabling, and control systems. Attend production meetings, tech notes, and other meetings as needed by Production and requested by Management. When requested, participate in advance walk‑throughs and surveys. Skills / Experience: 4–6 years experience as a lighting designer either with a touring production, venue staff, staff designer for a lighting vendor or design firm. Familiarity with grandMA consoles, sACN, networking, Paradigm control systems, and set up and operation in a multi‑console sACN environment. Experience with and ability to troubleshoot lighting networking infrastructure (over ethernet and fiber). Must have in depth knowledge of DMX routing and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of power distribution and rigging safety. Must have OSHA 10 certification. Must have general electrical knowledge and be able to properly diagnose electrical issues. Must be able to calculate lighting loads and balance phases. Must understand and utilize Ohm’s Law. Experience with haze, lasers, or video integration in live events. Barback Responsibilities: Tidy up tables, counters, and other bar areas. Restock the bar with napkins, cups, straws. Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes. Replenish glassware and bar equipment. Replace beer, wine, and liquor. Remove trash and wipe down drink spills. Fill and replenish ice bins. Assist the Bartenders during rush hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all stock. Track all stock leaving storage areas. Requirements: Minimum age to serve alcohol. Interest in the hospitality industry; previous entry‑level experience in a bar or restaurant is not mandatory but will be considered a plus. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment that can be loud and dimly lit. Basic knowledge of bar menu items (different types of beers, liquor, and wine). Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Physical ability to lift beer kegs, hold heavy containers of bottles and glassware and stand during the shift. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure. Be able to work at least one day a month assisting in deliveries. Relevant training certificates such as LEAD and Food Handling. High school diploma; additional certifications in mixology or hospitality is a plus.
