Obstetrics Physician

Seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a growing inpatient team northwest of Memphis, TN.

Position Highlights:

• 7-8 shifts of 24 hours per 28-day cycle
• 457-bed community hospital with 13 labor-delivery-recovery rooms, three observation rooms and two labor-and-delivery operating rooms
• 19-bed Level IIIA NICU and approximately 1,845 deliveries annually
• Care for unassigned labor-and-delivery and emergency patients; assist private physicians with emergencies and requested deliveries
• Provide inpatient gynecologic consultations and backup for a Family Medicine residency obstetrical service
• Nurse practitioner support at night and when residents are off service
• Participate in safety, quality improvement and teaching
