Location : Litchfield Park, Arizona – USA Contract Type: Independent Contractor / (Dispatch /Part-Time) Start Date: Immediate Eligibility: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Preferred Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site Key Responsibilities Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications. Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting. Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations. Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required. Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team. Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
