Required Skills:

• Proven experience in technical program management and product development.
• A solid foundational understanding of traditional physical networking components (routers, switches, fiber optic cables, optical transceivers, Ethernet, and copper cabling).
• Strong understanding of project life cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with situational interview techniques and open-ended questioning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical programs and product initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and vocalize roadblocks, providing solutions to overcome them.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
