Physical Therapist - Full-Time (New Graduates Welcome) Location : Lubbock, TX Job Type : Full-time Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5 or 9-6 | No weekends Setting : Outpatient Clinic Specialty Areas : Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy treatment to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Evaluate patients, establish individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based treatment programs. Utilize hands‑on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and function. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and insurance standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient-centered care. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain licensure). New Graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for patient-centered care and continuous professional growth. Preferred Qualifications Interest or experience in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, or Sports Medicine. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
