This is a part-time evening job perfect for anyone looking for supplemental income , a second job , or side work with a flexible night schedule . No experience required. Company truck provided. Apply Today - Start Earning This Week Job Type: Part-time Pay: $150.00 per shift Shift: Evening / Night shift Work Location: On the road - Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas including parts of PA, VA, etc. must be comfortable driving a 5 hour radius.
What You'll Earn
- $180 per day (flat rate per shift)
- $150 per day (Friday and Saturday)
- Company pickup truck provided - no wear and tear on your personal vehicle
- W2 employee position (not 1099 contractor)
- Direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
- 20-35 hours per week average, up to 5 shifts available
- Advancement opportunities - top performers earn additional shifts and promotions
- Sunday-Thursday: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Sundays start at 6pm)
- Friday & Saturday: 7:00 PM - 1:00 AM (weekend shifts not currently required in this market; every-other-weekend availability needed if added)
- Shift length: 5-7 hours per night

- Drive a company-provided pickup truck to assigned apartment communities
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps
- Transport waste to the onsite compactor or dumpster
- Keep compactor and trash chute areas broom-swept and clean
- Replace dog station bags and common area waste bags
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents
- Valid driver's license with 5+ years of clean driving history (required for company truck eligibility)
- Smartphone with active data plan for route management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Active bank account for direct deposit
- Must be 18+
