Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines.ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Facilities Manager with Hines, you will act in a supporting role for Facility Managers, take ownership of certain elements of the Facilities Operations Scope of Work and run entire projects, and provide response and coordination of resolution for specific requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Client relationsFacility operationsContract administrationBudget managementQualificationsMinimum Requirements include:Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution preferred. High school diploma required.Two years of relevant work experience in a professional office environment.Supervisory experience strongly preferred.Interact with employees, visitors and contractors with poise and diplomacy.Apply principles of rational systems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.Interpret instructions in written, oral, and diagrammatic or schedule form.Possess initiative to assume additional responsibilities.Set priorities and meet deadlines.Advanced competence with a variety of software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other requested software programs.Type a minimum 60-WPM with accuracy.Perform basic business math such as compute discount, interest, percentage, and profit/loss.Communicate effectively both verbally and written.Possess excellent grammar and proofreading abilities.Read and comprehend e-newspapers, periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, and thesaurus.This position is fully on-site and requires working from the assigned property five days per week.ClosingHines is a global real estate investment, development and property manager.
