Senior Media Planner with 3-6+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid (3/2) position within an award-winning agency. Agency has offices in Central CT and NYC so the Senior Media Planner can work hybrid in either office. Salary range is 80-100K with some flex as needed. Must have agency experience working in all channels but with a focus on digital and social. Must be comfortable with both strategy and planning. Must be client-facing and have a service mindset.

The Senior Media Planner will support media strategy, tactical planning, campaign execution, and optimization across integrated channels. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to deliver strong campaign performance while helping mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with media leadership to develop and execute cross-channel media plans
• Support strategy across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional media
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, targeting, placements, and creative alignment to ensure goals and KPIs are met
• Identify optimization opportunities and recommend actionable improvements
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, PR, and brand teams to align messaging and campaign execution
• Present recommendations, updates, and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders
• Help manage vendor relationships and stay current on industry trends, platforms, and best practices
• Support reporting timelines and overall campaign accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of media agency experience , preferably with digital media exposure
• Knowledge of the paid media ecosystem, campaign strategy, and creative best practices
• Experience with paid social platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
