Schedule: Full-Time Onsite Overview This client is an industry-leading biotechnology company advancing the next generation of antibody therapeutics. By leveraging proprietary Atlas™ Mice transgenic technologies, our client enables the rapid identification of highly diverse, high-quality, and developable therapeutic candidates for the industry's most challenging drug targets. Built on deep experience of an industry-leading scientific team, our client’s platform empowers drug developers to reliably deliver innovative medicines to unlock difficult targets with speed and efficiency. You will join the Antibody Discovery team as a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate. The successful candidate will contribute to efforts for the discovery of monoclonal antibodies using hybridoma and single B cell technologies from our Client's Mice. This role requires operating with minimal supervision to deliver projects against a variety of targets. Responsibilities Execute antibody discovery campaigns to generate monoclonal antibodies using hybridoma and/or B-cell technology platforms Evaluate serum titres, process lymphoid mouse tissues, and perform electro-fusions and subcloning Screen and characterize antibodies for binding and functional activity using ELISA, flow cytometry, biochemical and cell-based assays Qualifications Research Associate: MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or related field with 2+ years of industry experience, or BS with 3-5 years of industry experience with strong success track record Senior Research Associate: MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or related field with 4+ years of industry experience, or BS with 5+ years of industry experience with strong success track record Hands‑on experience with antibody discovery using hybridoma technology and/or single B cell approach is a must Hands‑on experience with cell biology including mammalian cell culture, transfection, and running functional cell-based assays Hands‑on experience with protein‑protein interaction using a variety of methods such as quantitative ELISA and flow cytometry Experience with automation and high‑throughput assay development is strongly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment Highly organized and energetic person with excellent attention to details, time management, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom
