At Trade31, we're not just constructing buildings—we're building a legacy of quality, integrity, and purpose.What You'll BuildSupport projects from early planning through closeout, assisting with estimating, coordination, and executionReview plans and specifications to help develop budgets, scopes, and takeoffsAssist with subcontractor bidding, scope coordination, and buyout processesTrack and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentationHelp maintain project schedules and support budget trackingCoordinate with industry professionals to keep work movingParticipate in project meetings and communicate updates across the teamAssist with procurement and tracking of materials and long-lead itemsSupport jobsite efforts, including site walks, issue resolution, and quality checksAssist with project closeout and final documentationWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred1-4 years of experience in construction project management or related role preferred, including co-op/internship experienceExperience working with project management software such as MS Project or Procore preferredExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial managementAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressureFamiliarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in constructionThe Bottom LineThis role is for someone who wants more than a piece of the project.
