Last Mile Site Manager – Denver, CO We are looking for a Last Mile Site Manager to coordinate operations in Denver, CO. Responsibilities Coordinate communication flow between haulers, delivery teams, flatbed drivers, call center, and local client management teams. Provide on‑site presence on a daily, weekly, or bi‑weekly basis to ensure procedures are followed. Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance evaluation of haulers. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. Follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in‑home damage claims. Interface with end customers to ensure effective in‑home delivery. Maintain monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals relevant to the business and market. Strong problem‑solving and reasoning abilities.
