Now Hiring: Dock Quality Control Associate

Are you good with numbers, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of quality? Bassham Foods is hiring a Dock Quality Control Associate to help ensure every order leaving our dock is accurate, complete, and ready for delivery.

Position Responsibilities

• Verify that the correct products and quantities have been pulled by order selectors.
• Ensure labels are properly placed on packaging and are forward-facing.
• Identify damaged product and make sure it is removed and replaced before orders are loaded for delivery.
• Assist with the flow of product from selectors to the loading dock and onto delivery trucks.
• Assist with cycle counting as needed.
• Train as a back-up for the dock office duties.
• Select small wares using a manual jack.

Requirements

• Above-average computer skills.
• Above-average reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to take ownership of the quality of orders leaving the dock.
• Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment.

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday, starting at 8am
