Production Supervisor
CoWorx is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in the Braintree, MA area. Shift: $90K$95K + 10% Bonus (flexibility for top talent) We're partnering with a well-established, fast-paced food/seafood manufacturing company to find a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations. Location: Braintree, Massachusetts
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production operations (cutting, portioning, packaging, etc.)
- Supervise and develop a team of 70100 associates
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and product quality
- Run shift start-up meetings and set clear expectations
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Partner with QA, Planning, and Shipping teams to keep operations moving
- Identify and implement process improvements
Desired Background/Skills:
- 3+ years of production leadership experience (food manufacturing or fish industry high preferred)
- Worked in production and has experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety (GMP, HACCP, FSMA)
- Hands-on leadership style this is not a desk role
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Candidates with a strong production management background highly preferred
