Roles & Responsibilities: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent within the skilled trades and electrical industry. Key responsibilities include: Partner with hiring teams and stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring criteria. Source active and passive candidates using job boards, social media networks, and other resources. Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and alignment with Team UIS core values. Maintain clean and accurate data within applicant tracking systems (ATS) to help streamline hiring. Attend job fairs and other events to increase outreach. Assist with refining recruiting processes. Assist with employer branding & recruitment marketing initiatives. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Contribute to the overall success of Team UIS by performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements: Associate's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent work experience. 0-2 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, preferred. Able to work through challenges and be a self-starter. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and company information. Must be authorized to work in the United States About Team UIS: We are Field Service Leaders.
