  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing platforms designed to maintain confidentiality and security.

  • Manage a structured caseload effectively while ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with clients.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and professional development sessions to enhance skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will provide compassionate support and facilitate therapeutic processes that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals. Your expertise will contribute to building a safe and trusting environment for clients navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • A valid and active Arizona license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is mandatory.

  • Two years of relevant experience as a mental health therapist, showcasing proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively with clients in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and caseload maintenance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Center For Stress & Anxiety, Ltd offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
