• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs

• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience

• Ford Certification in Sales
• Tenured Experience in Ford or related dealership as a sales person
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Follow and align with core values of Young Auto Group
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
