Night Shift Premium: Shift B receives an additional 15% shift differential for all hours worked. Available Shifts
Shift A (Days)
* Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
* Every other Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Shift B (Nights)
* Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
* Every other Saturday: 7:00 PM - 2:30 AM
* 15% shift differential
Shift C (Days)
* Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
* Every other Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What You'll Do
* Operate advanced semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment in a cleanroom environment
* Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
* Move and track products throughout manufacturing stages
* Record production data and ensure process compliance
* Assist with equipment troubleshooting and process improvements
* Follow all safety, PPE, and cleanroom procedures
What We're Looking For
* Manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO 80916. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
