Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General in Sioux City, Iowa. This position requires a qualified HCP (Health Care Professional) with experience in general ultrasound procedures. Candidates are expected to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Sioux City, Iowa
• Schedule: Evenings with 8 hours shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of previous experience, at least 1 travel contract completed, Epic experience completed within 1 year, ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification, Iowa license, current Drivers License, skills checklist completed within 1 year, work history/resume, license verification, references (1 supervisory required), and a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless in Madison where a 10% rate reduction is accepted.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: Franked with on-call responsibilities every third day from end of shift until 6:30 am, including call on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), with a 24-hour call duration. The assignment involves working across multiple trauma centers with varying levels of trauma designation, such as Level 1 in Rock Island, Level 2 in Moline, Level 3 in Sioux City, Bettendorf, and Fort Dodge, and Level 4 in Muscatine. The EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system used is Epic.
