ONSITE SALES MANAGER
Graceland Portable Buildings is a leading provider of hand-crafted portable buildings. Known nationwide for quality, workmanship, style, and affordability, Graceland offers solutions for every storage need – with beauty, quality, and style.
We are looking for a talented manager to assign and direct all work performed at the dealership and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage all building sales, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper dealership operation. Graceland provides the location, office, inventory and training free of charge and the employee will work on a commission basis. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Requirements:

  • · Proven business and sales management experience, as a dealership, business or sales manager, store manager, department manager, military unit leader, or similar role
  • · Knowledge of modern sales techniques and best practices
  • · Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • · Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • · Excellent organizational skills
  • · Results-driven and customer-focused
  • · Leadership and human resources management skills
  • · Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required
  • · Currently resides in Market and has land opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • · Direct all sales aspects which can include customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with Graceland’s objectives, mission, and values
  • · Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • · Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • · Meet goals and metrics
  • · Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • · Share knowledge with other dealerships and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
  • · Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • · Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • · Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • · Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
  • · Maintain an adequate sales organization that is qualified to sell the products within the territory in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof:
  • · Dealer’s salespersons shall be required to show display buildings to customers and explain the options that are available for each particular model.
  • · Salespersons are responsible for determining lead time for the manufacture and delivery of new portable buildings and informing the customer.
  • · Salespersons must be trained and able to complete all documentation necessary for the sale or rent to own programs, including but not limited to sales sheets, order sheets and rent to own contracts. All documentation is to be emailed to the Company’s headquarters as soon as this transaction has been made and a representative of the Dealer shall be available by phone to answer any questions the Company may have regarding any such transaction.
  • · Maintain all display portable buildings and inventory in the same condition as when delivered by Company to Dealer, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The portable buildings and all areas surrounding the portable buildings and Dealer's business are to be kept clean and all lawn, landscape and common areas are to be kept in a neat and orderly manner. Dealer may not use any portable building for storage.

Commission Schedule & Compensation Overview

This is a performance-based sales opportunity. All products, marketing materials, software, and support staff are provided. Compensation is directly tied to individual production, with fast and reliable payouts.

1. Graceland Sheds

Commission: 4% of gross sales

Payout Schedule: Sales closed by the 10th are paid on the 15th. Sales closed by the 25th are paid on the 30th.

Expected Monthly Volume: $100,000 – $200,000

Expected Monthly Commission: $4,000 – $8,000

2. R Metal Buildings

Commission: Escalating 5% – 7%, based on volume

Payout Timing: Paid the day after sale

Average Monthly Volume: $150,000 – $200,000

Expected Monthly Commission: $7,500 – $14,000+

3. Yoder Greenhouses

Commission: 5%

Average Sales: 2 units per month at $10,000 per unit

Expected Monthly Commission: $1,000

4. Outdoor Storage Yard & Office Space

Commission: 50% of all revenue generated

Payout Timing: Paid the next day

Typical Deal Size: $500 – $5,000

Expected Revenue Build: $100,000+

Expected Commission: $50,000

5. U-Haul

Commission: Minimal

Role: Traffic generation and lead conversion support

Total Compensation Potential: This position offers the ability to earn $150,000+ annually when executed consistently and aggressively. There are no commission caps, payouts are fast, and additional locations may present future leadership opportunities.
