Speech Pathologist - Speech Therapy

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, M-F

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
• Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid Driver's License and must be at least 21 years of age or older
• At least two years recent experience in the field
• Current BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
• Assess and document patient needs, care requirements, interventions, and outcomes.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient assessments and performance.
• Instruct patients on strategies to improve speech and practice new skills.
• Maintain documentation as required by law and organizational policy.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
