- 90% clinical with 4 hours of admin time weekly
- Call 1:4 currently, moving to 1:7 - 1:8 when fully staffed
- Join 3 physicians and 3 APPs with dedicated support staff
- Academic ranks available: Assistant, Associate, or Professor
