About The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of creator programs, operational processes, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. 

This role sits within the Operations team and serves as a critical operational support function across Creator Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Ad Operations. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly dependable, comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational data, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

What You’ll Do

• Maintain operational trackers, creator databases, and internal reporting systems
• Support creator onboarding, program administration, and operational workflows
• Assist with Walmart, Amazon, and creator platform data collection and verification
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure data accuracy across internal systems
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Conduct operational audits and identify data discrepancies
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks
• Coordinate follow-ups across Creator Success, Ad Operations, Product, and Engineering teams
• Assist with contract tracking, compliance reviews, and program records management
• Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Program Coordination, Business Support, Project Coordination, or similar roles
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment 

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting creator economy, marketing, e-commerce, or digital media businesses
• Experience maintaining dashboards, trackers, or reporting systems
• Familiarity with Amazon Associates, Walmart Creator, Meta Ads, or influencer marketing ecosystems
• Mandarin language proficiency (preferred but not required)

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 base, bonus eligible

Employment Status : Full-Time, non-exempt,

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in-person in Bellevue, Washington
