Senior Director of Software Engineering

Seeking a visionary Senior Director of Software Engineering & Architect, this full-time remote position will lead the design and architecture of enterprise‑scale systems, mentor engineering teams, and drive strategic technology initiatives to align with business objectives. Key responsibilities Design and architect event‑driven systems for real‑time order management and trade execution Provide hands‑on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps and prioritize initiatives for competitive advantage Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in financial trading or high‑frequency transaction processing Extensive experience with event streaming platforms and event‑driven architecture patterns Proven expertise in cloud deployments, preferably AWS, and microservices architectures Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks for financial transaction systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
