Investor Relations Associate

Our client is a well-established and quickly growing multi-billion dollar investment management firm based in Denver, and is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of investor relations, operations, data management, and client service. This individual will play a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, CRM management, and fund operations while partnering closely with senior leadership and third-party service providers. The position offers significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to help build scalable processes within a fast-growing organization. Investor Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for routine investor inquiries. Assist with investor communications, fundraising materials, targeted email campaigns, and presentation development. Help produce investor marketing materials using research, financial data, and compelling visualizations. Support investor onboarding, subscription documentation, AML/KYC processes, and ongoing account maintenance. Investor Data & CRM Own and maintain investor records across CRM and fund administration systems. Manage investor portal content, ensuring statements, tax documents, and account information remain accurate and current. Generate reports and analytics for leadership, finance, and investor relations initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, and operational processes. Investor Reporting & Fund Operations Coordinate recurring investor reporting, including capital statements, transaction confirmations, capital calls, and distributions. Work alongside external fund administrators to ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain reporting calendars, templates, and internal controls. Support ad hoc reporting requests from investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, financial operations, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, investment banking, or a related financial services environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive financial information. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with CRM or investor reporting platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamo, Juniper Square, Wealthblock, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines. A process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve systems and create operational efficiencies. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
