Travel Nurse Manager-Labor & Delivery

Location: Concord, MA

Shift: 8Hr Days 7AM - 4PM

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Call: Required (variable based on department needs)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of obstetrical nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a clinical setting
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Certifications required: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to manage daily operations of the OB unit
• Support and guide clinical staff to maintain high standards of patient care
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
• Participate in staffing coordination and operational planning
