Sr. Account Manager / Contracts Manager Los Angeles, CA Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000 Plus Bonus AYM Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Account Manager / Contracts Manager in the Southeast San Fernando Valley. To apply directly, visit About the Role We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and contract management within the aerospace industry. You’ll be the key driver of customer satisfaction and long‑term business success. This high‑impact role involves managing major OEM and Tier 1 accounts, negotiating complex contracts, pricing agreements, and developing strategies to support commercial, defense, and space business lines, working on large, complex accounts. Key Responsibilities Own and manage OEM customer relationships. Develop and negotiate contracts, TCs, pricing, LTAs, and proposal responses. Business Development: Lead development of business proposals to meet revenue and profitability goals. Collaborate with internal teams (programs, engineering, finance) to ensure customer requirements are met. Use data‑driven insights to monitor KPIs, identify risks, and drive performance. Forecasting, supporting Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) processes, ensuring demand and forecast accuracy. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree required. Account Management and Business Development customer-facing roles in aerospace or regulated industries. Strong experience working with major OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers. Proven ability to negotiate and manage large, complex contracts and pricing agreements. Skilled in contract negotiations and proposal development. Why Join Us?
