Inovalon is seeking a Principal Health Data Scientist to lead data science, programming, and analytical modeling for HEOR/RWE studies within the Insights team. You will manage studies end-to-end, review protocols, build cohorts, and generate insights from claims and EHR data.

The role requires deep domain expertise and the ability to manage projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced research environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
