Driver Position
At Lifespace Communities, Our Space is where care and connection meet the open road. We're hiring a dependable Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events all while creating positive, engaging experiences along the way.

What You'll Do
- Safely drive residents to scheduled destinations and return them on time
- Track pick-ups and drop-offs for smooth coordination
- Build friendly, trusted relationships with residents during each trip
- Keep vehicles clean and well maintained
- Report maintenance needs, including oil changes, fluid checks, and battery care
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement
- One year of experience driving seniors (preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of traffic safety and accident prevention rules
- A compassionate, customer-focused approach
