Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Utah Valley, UT. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support both commercial and technical hiring initiatives for a growing global technology organization. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers across North America and Europe to attract, engage, and hire top talent. Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings and define hiring strategies
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Drive offer and candidate closing activities
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system
• Support hiring efforts across North America and international teams

• Experience of recruiting across both business and technical functions
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Experience recruiting for both GTM/business and technical positions
• Strong sourcing capabilities and talent market knowledge
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms
• Excellent candidate engagement and closing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter who can quickly ramp up in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
