General Manager

Requirements
- The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring compliance with McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Collaborates with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve those goals.
- Leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them in setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments.
- Possibly hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to build a capable future team.
Qualifications
- Prior General Manager experience operating high-volume locations.
- A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- Minimum age 18 (for corporate-owned and operated restaurants).
