**Join Our Team as a CT Technologist - Unleash Your Potential!** **Job Description:** - Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist, you will: - Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures. - Provide support for fellow imaging technologists as needed. - Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow. - Showcase flexibility by working various shifts and at different campuses as required. - Your role will include: - Troubleshooting basic maintenance issues and participating in Quality Assurance (QA). - Resolving challenges related to image processing and archiving systems. - Participating in ongoing education and embracing safety and technical advances within your scope of licensure. - Adhering to expected imaging competencies as outlined by management. - Responsibilities you will take pride in: - Meet expectations of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. - Demonstrate adherence to the Core Values of CHRISTUS Health. - Maintain consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies, including appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, and professionalism. - Collaborate with management, coworkers, and physicians to promote staff growth and development, creating an optimal work environment. - Enhance physician satisfaction by assisting radiologists and referring physicians. - Maintain patient confidentiality by protecting personal information. - Adapt assessments and care methods to meet the unique needs of each patient served. - Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and standards of care mandated by regulatory entities. - Perform examinations needed to assist in patient throughput. - Demonstrate flexibility by shifting schedules and assisting at other campuses when necessary. - Ensure exams are scanned and stored correctly in the PACS system. - Follow PACS downtime procedures and act as a PACS Superuser, escalating issues when necessary. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report them appropriately. - Take on other duties as assigned to support the team. **Job Requirements:** - Education/Skills: - Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an accepted equivalent required. - Experience: - 1 year of CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. - Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: - One of the following primary modality certifications is required: - Radiography (R) by ARRT - Nuclear Medicine Technology by ARRT or NMTCB - Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT or NMTCB preferred - State Licensure required - Texas: MRT by TMB. - BLS required (AHA only). - Work Schedule: - 3 Days - 12 Hours, night shift. - Work Type: - Full Time. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
