Care is provided in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice. Skilled in the use of a PC, applicable software, peripheral equipment, and appropriate clinical databases. Required skills include at least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience. The nurse to patient ratio is 1 to 18 during days and 1 to 25 during nights. The dress code for this position is scrubs. The charting system utilized is EPIC. No floating is required in this role. General and Planetree orientation are mandatory for all new hires. Candidates must possess current BLS certification and have received a COVID vaccine.
