As a Senior Consultant within M&A Strategy & Governance (S&G), you will support clients through integration and divestiture activities that drive transition readiness and long-term value. This role sits within Deloitte's M&A Offering and focuses on helping organizations respond to transaction opportunities, execute separation or integration priorities, and accelerate transformation. Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant in M&A S&G, as part of the M&A Integration & Divestiture (I&D) team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through integration and separation planning, analysis, and execution and synthesizing overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions.
• Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing workplans, tracking milestones, coordinating dependencies across workstreams, and identifying changes in scope or risks.
• Building and selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business cases, pricing or complex financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables to support synergy, cost reduction, migration, and rationalization decisions.
• Working with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs, communicate recommendations, and deliver work aligned to client needs and engagement objectives.

Qualifications: Required: 4+ years of experience in M&A integration and/or divestiture service delivery. Experience working on 2+ M&A engagements. Bachelor's degree. 4+ years consulting or industry experience; alternatively, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 2+ years of consulting or industry experience. Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Experience working in a professional services consulting firm. Experience leading workstreams or small teams on larger projects. Experience developing presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint and process flows in Microsoft Visio. Experience problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Experience supporting communications, culture, or change management activities. Advanced degree.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,000 to $252,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
