Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. \n
- Proven ability to operate independently, demonstrate creativity in therapeutic approaches, and adapt to a remote work environment. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for engaging effectively with clients and colleagues. \n
- Professional demeanor in all interactions, evidencing respect and empathy towards clients, families, and administrative staff. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, full-time counselors can benefit from a healthcare stipend after meeting specific requirements, which supports their well-being as they care for others. We also provide a first-client sign-on bonus for newly approved counselors, alongside options for part-time work if desired.
