Software/Web Developer - TS/SCI - Polygraph

Mission:
Modernize and unify mission-critical applications by improving information architecture, streamlining user experiences, and translating complex operational requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable interface solutions.

Essential Job Functions:
Audit legacy applications to identify usability gaps, friction points, and opportunities for interface consolidation. Conduct UX analysis, user research, and usability testing with cleared personnel to develop intuitive user flows and wireframes. Establish and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards in Figma to ensure consistency across applications. Design and develop responsive, user-focused web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and Angular. Ensure all designs and interfaces meet Section 508 accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
• 13 Years of experience in Systems or IT related roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to organize complex data into intuitive navigation structures and sitemaps.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, and prototyping) and Adobe XD.
• Experience developing user-facing web applications with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
• Experience integrating user interfaces with RESTful services/APIs.

Desired Skills:

• Experience implementing SCSS/SASS and micro-animations to enhance user feedback.
• Familiarity with Java Web, NodeJS, or AWS environments.
• Experience managing code repositories in GitLab and working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience implementing Web Sockets for real-time data updates.
• Experience creating technical documentation and developing User Stories.
