Computer Engineer

Salary: $160,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related STEM discipline; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of experience in algorithm development, scientific computing, machine-learning workflow support, or related technical software work.
• Programming experience in software development, data processing, automation, analysis, or algorithm implementation.
• Ability to work from defined technical requirements and develop software architecture, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts to understand data, algorithms, mission needs, and technical constraints.
• Familiarity with source-control and development tools such as Git, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, or similar.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technical domains.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Willingness and ability to work in classified or secure customer environments.
• Preferred: Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• Preferred: Experience with machine-learning workflows, neural-network applications, training-data preparation, data labeling, model evaluation, or ML-enabled analytics.
• Preferred: Experience with sensor or scientific data, signal or image processing, simulation, modeling, or similar technical data workflows.
• Preferred: Experience developing software for simulation, modeling, data workflows, automation, mission analysis, or scientific and engineering applications.
• Preferred: Experience creating software architecture diagrams, workflow schematics, logic trees, or technical implementation plans.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python for software development and data analysis, including Git version control.
• Preferred: Experience integrating algorithms into existing software suites or operational workflows.
• Preferred: Experience supporting defense, intelligence, aerospace, scientific, engineering, or classified customer environments.

• Develop and maintain Python software for scientific, analytical, simulation, automation, machine-learning, and operational applications.
• Collaborate with sensor experts, scientists, machine-learning specialists, and analysts to turn technical concepts into software requirements, logic trees, schematics, and executable workflows.
• Design and document software architecture, diagrams, code structures, and supporting materials so our tools can be maintained, expanded, and handed over to other users.
• Test, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize algorithms, data pipelines, machine-learning-enabled tools, and software modules for deployment.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize Git repositories.
