Job Description

The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating equipment, handling inventory, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production flow. This position is ideal for individuals starting their career in manufacturing who are eager to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment efficiently and safely
Handle inventory to support production requirements
Perform routine machine maintenance to minimize downtime

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in manufacturing production
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with assembly line operations
