As a Patio Server at The Narrows, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and engaging with guests to create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly.
- Offering menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings.
- Ensuring the patio area is clean, organized, and inviting for all guests.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
