Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay
- $16.00/hr
- $17.00/hr for bilingual English/Spanish candidates
Long’s Human Resource Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a busy customer service and claims support team in Fairhope, AL.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong attention to detail.
The role combines customer service, claims support, order entry, invoicing, and administrative work , with occasional responsibility for helping train new customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Handle incoming customer service calls
- Answer customer questions and maintain strong product knowledge
- Assist with escalated customer service issues
- Provide professional, helpful support throughout each interaction
Claims & Administrative Support
- Process customer claims
- Handle order entry and invoicing
- Perform accurate data entry and documentation
- Maintain organized customer and claims records
Team Support
- Assist with training new customer service representatives as needed
- Work closely with team members to maintain a high level of customer support
- Contribute to a dependable, professional team environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Good computer and data entry skills
- 10-key experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Claims handling experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
