Role Description Amylu Foods is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience designing consumer-packaged goods, who has a passion for creating beautiful, strategic work across packaging, digital, and motion design. Food or beverage industry experience is a strong plus. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll help bring our premium brand to life through thoughtful design, compelling storytelling, and a strong attention to detail. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product development, and external partners to create work that stands out both on shelf and online. Primary Responsibilities Design marketing collateral across digital, print, retail, social media, email, and sales presentations. Create motion and video content for social reels, animated campaigns, product/packaging reveals. Support packaging updates, line extensions, and production artwork. Create retailer-specific creative for customers including Costco, Target, Whole Foods, Kroger, and others. Assist with campaign development from concept through final production. Prepare production-ready files and work directly with printers and packaging vendors. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Retouch photography and create image composites for marketing campaigns. Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and food stylists. Stay current on design trends within food, CPG, and consumer marketing. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within consumer-packaged goods. Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, print, digital, and motion design. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Experience preparing files for print production. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and photo retouching. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points Food or beverage industry experience. Experience designing for national retail brands. Familiarity with packaging regulations and production workflows. Compensation and Benefits Summary Pay Range: $60,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
