Respiratory Therapist

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based respiratory care to patients across acute and chronic settings. In this role, you will perform assessments, administer therapies, and manage ventilators and respiratory equipment while closely monitoring patient response. You’ll interpret ABGs and other diagnostic tests, document in the EMR, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop patient-centered care plans. As part of a mission-driven, rural health leader, you’ll support education, quality initiatives, and continuous learning while contributing to compassionate, community-focused care.
